Kelshaw Design Associates have been actively involved in the home design industry for over 30 years and we put a wealth of knowledge and experience into our design work.
Ian Kelshaw started in this field working with Manx Studios preparing Architectural Renderings for a variety of Residential and Commercial projects. He progressed into the Residential Design field where he enjoyed a dozen years working with B.C. 's major residential home plan services until establishing Kelshaw Design Associates as an independent Residential Designer.
Kelshaw Design Associates has been established for over twenty years in Aldergrove B.C. and has served the Lower Mainland and Interior of B.C. with exciting designs and very professional service. We have been published with some of the leading Design firms including Select Homes, Home Planners Inc. and Jenish House Design Ltd. Our production drawings set an industry standard - critical to ensuring the most cost-effective time on the job site.
Our wealth of experience extends to include Subdivision Building Design Review
We offer services that can progress from the creation of Building Schemes and Guidelines to the administration and review of these guidelines as required in most subdivision developments. We have enjoyed guiding many excellent developments over the years.
