We have an extensive collection of pre-designed home plans within our files that will often be the perfect solution to your design needs. We have plans to suit many different lot sizes and design criteria. Call us to inquire  about your specific requirements and see if we can match up your desires with a stock design.

• Modified Stock Home Plans

All of our existing Stock Home Plans can be modified to suit your personal requirements. We can adjust plans to suit specific lot grading or siting requirements, square footage adjustments, or floor layout and exterior finishes. The degree of flexibility will astound you. All of our designs are created with the latest Computer Aided Design software and this allows for a great degree of adjustability in our Stock Home Plans.

• Renovation and Home Addition Design and Drawings
